Exploring a wide range of culinary delights from around the world is a dream for many, especially for food enthusiasts. From Western specialties to Asian cuisines such as Thai, Chinese, and Korean, which continues to be a strong trend in Indonesia, global flavors have captured significant interest.
Responding to this enthusiasm, Archipelago, the largest hotel management group in Southeast Asia, presents “60 Seconds to Seoul,” a pop-up culinary concept that brings the authentic taste of Seoul’s street food to its hotel network across Indonesia, as part of the Archipelago Global Flavours Series.
Indonesia is recorded as the country with the highest level of interest in Korean culture globally. According to the 2024 Overseas Hallyu Survey released by South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (MCST) in collaboration with the Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange (KOFICE), 86.3% of respondents in Indonesia demonstrated strong interest in Korean culture, including its cuisine, lifestyle, and urban trends.
“60 Seconds to Seoul” offers an authentic Korean dining experience that is easy to enjoy from January through June. Through this program, Archipelago presents a culinary journey inspired by Seoul’s vibrant street food scene across its hotel network throughout Indonesia.

“We present 60 Seconds to Seoul as a pop-up culinary concept that brings the authentic taste of Seoul’s street food to our hotel network across Indonesia. This initiative is part of the Archipelago Global Flavours Series and will change every six months to highlight flavorful street food from different countries,” said John Flood, CEO of Archipelago.
Starting from IDR 38,000, guests can enjoy a wide selection of popular and character-rich Korean street food menu items, including Tteokbokki, Korean Cheese Burger, Gangnam Hot Chicken, Soko Fish Taco, and Kimchi Fried Rice, along with other savory dishes inspired by the streets of Seoul.
The dining experience is complemented by two signature dessert options, Jeju Matcha Puff and Baesuk Pear, as well as four refreshing beverages—Sparkling Yuzu Honey, Shikyee Fizz, Maesil Mojito, and Omija Cooler—to complete each offering.
All “60 Seconds to Seoul” menu items are available for poolside dining, and room service, as well as through delivery services via GoFood and GrabFood, making them easily accessible to both hotel guests and the general public.
Through this program, Archipelago continues to deliver creative and memorable F&B experiences while bringing the spirit of Seoul’s street food closer to Indonesia—without leaving the country.
