Libur lebaran, Pemkot Surabaya Siagakan 35 Pos Pengamanan dan Layanan Kesehatan

Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Surabaya menyiapkan 35 pos pengamanan dan layanan kesehatan yang tersebar di berbagai titik strategis sebagai bagian dari upaya menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan masyarakat selama periode libur Lebaran.

Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Pemkot Surabaya, M Fikser, mengatakan pos-pos tersebut ditempatkan di sejumlah lokasi penting, mulai dari pusat keramaian hingga ruas jalan yang kerap menjadi titik rawan kecelakaan.

“Total ada 35 titik pos keamanan dan layanan kesehatan yang kami siapkan. Tujuh di antaranya berada di pos-pos utama, salah satunya di kawasan Balai Kota Surabaya. Sementara sekitar 25 pos lainnya ditempatkan di ruas-ruas jalan protokol yang selama ini teridentifikasi rawan kecelakaan,” kata Fikser, Senin (16/3/2026).

According to him, the existence of these posts becomes part of the anticipation of the Surabaya Municipal Government to ensure the public still gets health services quickly in the event of an emergency, especially when the mobility of citizens increases during long holidays.

Fikser explained, the security and services in the posts are also carried out in an integrated manner involving various elements, including the TNI and Polri, to ensure a faster response on the ground.

Selain menyiagakan pos kesehatan, Pemkot Surabaya juga memastikan layanan darurat 112 tetap beroperasi selama 24 jam untuk menerima laporan masyarakat.

“Layanan 112 selalu siaga 24 jam. Kami juga berkolaborasi dengan layanan 110 milik kepolisian agar penanganan laporan masyarakat bisa lebih cepat dan terintegrasi,” ujarnya.

Ia mengakui, tingginya mobilitas masyarakat seringkali diikuti dengan peningkatan jumlah panggilan ke layanan darurat. Saat ini, layanan 112 Surabaya didukung oleh puluhan jalur panggilan, namun pemerintah kota terus melakukan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

“We continue to make improvements because the call traffic is quite high. It also shows that the community starts to rely on emergency 112 services when there is a situation that requires quick handling,” he explained.

Fikser added, Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi also paid serious attention to the optimization of the service so that it can really be accessed by the community at any time.

Therefore, the Surabaya Municipal Government appealed to the public to remain vigilant during the Lebaran holiday period and keep emergency service numbers, including 112, in order to immediately contact officers in the event of an emergency.

“With the readiness of the security and emergency services, the Surabaya Municipal Government hopes that the community can undergo activities during the Lebaran holiday more safely and comfortably,” he concluded. (za)).
