La Cime has been awarded Two Michelin Stars and is currently ranked No. 9 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
“My cuisine is simple. It is about embracing the seasons, which means using seasonal ingredients, that is the main principle, and approaching their core to bring out their flavours not to cover or change them,” explained Chef Luca of his cuisine. “I am excited to welcome Chef Yusuke, a dear friend of mine and an excellent chef to BVLGARI Resort Bali. Expect an interesting menu founded on our love for seasonal and fresh ingredients,” adds Chef Luca.
Diners should expect an 8-course tasting menu with an option of premium wine pairing from Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin’s Wine Spectator-awarded wine list.
Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin is curated by acclaimed Italian chef Luca Fantin himself, whose talents lie in creatively combining classical Italian cuisine with local flavors and ingredients, always respecting seasonality and quality of products. While Executive Chef Luca Fantin presides over the flagship Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin in Tokyo’s Bulgari Ginza Tower, resident Head Chef Alessandro Mazzali nurtures his vision by executing all the recipes with great talent, rare mastery and sophisticated cooking techniques.
Enchantingly illuminated by candles, which reflect in the adjacent pools, Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin offers a true fine dining experience signed by the renowned Italian chef. Intimate and chic, the Restaurant’s atmosphere is warm and relaxing, with soft lights, a collection of vintage Bvlgari artworks decorating the wall and an infinite view of the sea.
